Intake system includes

Single / multi dumping hopper for bulk as well as manual unloading of feed ingredients.
Magnetic grill to prevent ferrous/ferrite particles entering into the feed system.
Aspiration - pulse jet self-cleaning bag filters are used for dust-free environment.

Weighing & Auto batching system

Corrugated and round bins for holding individual ingredients.
Single bin capacity up to 40 m3.
Individual variable pitch screw feeders / bin dischargers with weigh hopper scales for exact weighing of all ingredients.
As per the recipe, feed ingredients are weighed individually in exact quantities and in the shortest possible time.
Premixing of feed ingredients prior to grinding is offered to ensure optimum grinding performance.

Full stainless steel mirror-polished round storage bins.
Variable pitch screw dischargers and weighing units are used for micro weighing to the accuracy of +/- 1%.

Oil / fat dosing

Load cell based fully automatic oil dosing system ensures accurate and reliable spraying of oil/fat.
Homogeneous fat addition as per feed recipe.

Grinding with 1500/3000 rpm grinders, suitable screen areas and integrated aspiration support.
Mixing with ribbon mixer, paddle mixer and molasses mixer / continuous mixer options.
Pelleting with engineered steel housing, rotor assembly, stainless steel door and adaptable die speed.
Cooling with counter-flow air versus pellets cooling and compact stainless steel design.
Crumbling with grooved rolls, differential rotational speed and rotary feeder.
Screening with vibrating screen separation for required size and powder elimination.
